Information provided on the Bulabash Accommmodations Inc. website, emails, newsletters and any other services has been provided directly by the companies and/or individuals offering the properties for rental.  Bulabash Accommodations Inc. does not guarrantee or warranty the accuracy of the information contained on it’s website.  It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure the accuracy and clarity of any posted information and to determine the suitability for their particular needs.  Similarly, it is the responsibility of the companies and/or individuals offering the properties for rental to determine the suitability and credit worthiness of potential customers prior to any transaction.


Terms of Use:
By adding your listing to the Bulabash Accommodations Inc. website, you are indicating your acceptance of the following:

1. Listing AuthorizationBy entering information on our listing form, you hereby warrant that you are the owner or authorized representative of all such information and that you have sufficient rights to provide this information for publication.  You are indicating your ownership, or authority, to provide material including text descriptions, photographs, trademarks and other material used for publication on the Bulabash Accmmodations Inc. website.
2. Text and Images
   Bulabash Accommodations Inc. reserves the right to edit any material for grammar, content appropriateness, editorial and technical requirements.  Once material has been posted on the website, it becomes the property of Bulabash Accommodations Inc. which  has the non-exclusive, permanent right to use any material that you provide anywhere on its website, affiliated websites, or promotional material.  This right cannot be sold or transferred without consent from you. 
   
3. Cancellation and Removal of Listing
   Bulabash Accommodations Inc., at its sole discretion, reserves the right to remove a listing for any reason.
4. No Guarrantee
   Bulabash Accommodations Inc. does not provide any guarrantees regarding the performance of your listing(s).  Your site will be actively promoted, but we may not be able to attract people interested in your property.
5. Right to Modify
   Bulabash Accommodations Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.  
   

Companies and individuals offering their properties for rental on the Bulabash Accommodations Inc. website are doing so with the understanding that their information will be available through our search engines to all visitors.  You can access your account and update your information at any time.  Changes made will be reflected in your listing immediately.  Do not reveal your account number nor password to anyone.

There are a minority of internet users who seek to gain access to private information, often by deciphering your password or by intercepting correspondence.  Bulabash Accommodation Inc. cannot prevent security breaches of this nature, but will make all reasonable efforts to ensure privacy and security of all information.  


Acceptable Ad and/or Property Listing Content:
All content on the Bulabash Accommodations Inc. website must be suitable for viewing by all ages.  There must be no vulgarity, or comments related to violence, hate, or of a sexual nature.  Any such references will be consider unacceptable and may be removed without notice.  In the case of dispute, Bulabash Accommodations Inc. will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content.

Companies or individuals offering properties for rental are solely responsible for investigating and adhereing to any and all local regulations, including but not limited to, such things as permits, licenses, insurance, and safety requirements.

You may remove your property from our website at any time, but no refund will be issued.

If your property is sold, and the new owner wishes to continue the listing, we will require the appropriate new information and will make the changes at no charge.

Rental inquiries may be delivered by email, and are not considered to be private.  Email delivery is not 100% reliable and Bulabash Accommodations Inc. cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or missed income as a result of undelivered email.   

While it will make every reasonable effort, Bulabash Accommodations Inc. does not guarrantee that its website will be available 100% of the time.

Whenever dealing with anyone, or any company, you don’t know, we recommend that you reduce your risk by using good judgement and caution.  We recommend that you satisfy yourself with the legitimacy of the company or individual offering the property rental BEFORE submitting any kind of deposit.  

A few suggestions to help you –

1. ask for referrals from previous guests
2. ask if the property is a member in a local business association, then contact that group
3. ask for references from anyone who services the property (maintenance, cleaning, pool service, snow removal, etc.)
4. ask to see the cancellation and refund policy of the property
   

You warrant that you are at least 19 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreeement and to use this website in accordance with all the terms and conditions set forth.  You agree to be financially responsible for all your use of this website, as well as for use by others including, but not limited to, minors living with you.  You also warrant that any information provided by you or members of your household is true and accurate.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
